WUsing a large scale image against the backdrop of Springburn Public
Hall, SNP by-election candidate David Kerr will continue to demonstrate
decades of Labour failure in Glasgow North East - in contrast with SNP
delivery in the community.

The Hall has fallen into a state of extreme
disrepair despite successive Labour candidates promising to restore it.
