SNP Leader Alex Salmond MSP will join European candidates Drew Hendry and Aileen McLeod to campaign at the Ellon Fire Station Fun Day while across the country, SNP activists and politicians will take our positive message to the people of Scotland in advance of the European election on June 4th. Commenting, European Election campaign coordinator Joe FitzPatrick MSP said:
“The party is in fine form as we hit the streets of Scotland in advance of the European poll on Thursday.
“By electing a team of SNP MEPs to work with the Scottish Government, we can give Scotland a strong voice in Europe.
“A vote for the SNP on June 4th will also send a strong message to Westminster: the people of Scotland want a Government which puts jobs and communities at the top of its agenda, not one which endangers economic recovery in the teeth of a recession.”
